Rigoletto at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova

“A dark voice, beautiful and sonorous, homogeneous from the first to the last note” (Giornale del Lazio), “a singer of exquisite quality” (Radio Televisione Svizzera), “a splendid voice, recollecting Ghiaurov’s timbre” (La lirica via Facebook) … These are only a few of the numerous accolades proving Mariano Buccino’s artistic quality.

Being an opera singer luckily with Italian native language the Italian repertoire turns out to be natural and – widely spread as it is – even sufficient for a full artist’s life! Thus Mariano Buccino so far already performed roles like Raimondo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Ferrando (Il trovatore), Samuel (Un ballo in maschera), Ramfis (Aida), Colline (La Bohème) and Timur (Turandot) which will remain in his repertory in future. Soon he will also appear as Sparafucile (Rigoletto) at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genova.

And this is just to start with!

Performances on may 14th and 21st.
